Mane: Short, dusty brown with a highlight

Tail: Same colour as mane, kept as short as possible

Eyes: Large, magenta

Body: Taller than average, does not appear too strong, but is actually quite tough. Body is yellow with orange markings.

Cutie Mark: A closed white envelope with red signet, with three silvery horseshoes around it.

Age (Baby,adult): Adult

Personality: Special Delivery has quite a competetive nature and he never turns down a challenge if he only has possibilities to join it. He can seem quite cocky at first, since he takes pride in his special talents and is not afraid to talk about them. He is eager to throw out challenges in speed and strength, but treats others with respect. He can be rough and tough at times and does not want to stay in one place for long.

Likes: The feeling of the wind trough his mane, naturally achy body after a hard day's work, cold drinks from tall glasses, appreciation.

Dislikes: Bad running weather, nothing to do, bad winner attitude, bad loser attitude, dust in his lungs.

History: Special Delivery was born to a family with a long mail delivery history in an unnamed town, so it was natural that he followed in his father's (and ancestors') hoofsteps. Also in his family are his mother, two little sisters and one baby brother, all helping with the post office the family has kept for several generations.

He helped his father at early age, taking letters and messages within the town boundaries. This went on for his early school years, but the small delivering area made him bored. One day an accident happened at the mill nearby and Special Delivery was to be sent out with a message to the doctor and the family of the victim of the accident. As the distances were somewhat long in the wooded and rough area, Special Delivery made an extra effort to run as fast as he could and managed to get the word to the doctor in time and the accident's victim was saved. This made Special Delivery's cutie mark appear as his true nature was to run the long distances to deliver letters and messages in other cities and living areas.

In school, he was not very shining, but managed to get trough the basic studies, as he concentrated more on the physical training and getting even faster and more durable to get the mail to its destination safe and sound.
Due to his work, Special Delivery has not been able to settle down, since he is always on the move to get the mailbags around.

Within the last year, Special Delivery's parents have established a new postal office to the town of Appleloosa where they can send the mailbags to the other parts of Equestria.
